I purchased a 2004 GMC Yukon from them in 2009, drove till 2018 without any issues. Ended up needing a new water pump and they fixed it over the weekend and fit into their busy schedule. They were very pleasant to deal with and highly suggest purchasing a car from them and using them for your service. Very honest and seemed trustworthy. Hard to find in a dealer these days!

Joe Bullard Acura has helped us a second time. Kevin Dean and his team - John McBryde - went out of their way to help us replace our daughter's RDX. She was in an accident where a truck ran a red light which resulted in the totaling of her vehicle. The Emergency Response Teams were amazed at the durability, strength, and crashworthiness of the car. They said they have never seen a car hold up that well. When we decided to replace her vehicle, we went back to Kevin Dean at Joe Bullard Acura and got the same vehicle. Our daughter's safety is the number one factor when buying a car, and we couldn't have been treated any better.

I was very skeptical having to drive to Mobile, AL from Mississippi just to find an Acura. Because Acura is considered a supreme "Luxury Vehicle" my husband and I were thinking that this would be completely out of our price range. Well after meeting and working with the staff at Joe Bullard Acura, we were ABSOLUTELY pleased with the outcome. Our saleman Nicholas Frazier assured us that the dealership would not let us leave there without the Acura that we had driven to Mobile to see . We were indeed able to purchase that 2016 Acura RDX (beautiful-low miles-1 owner). The financing rate was unbelievable!! The monthly notes were exactly where we wanted them and the Certified Pre-Owned Warranties are off the chain!! I love my new vehicle which rides like a 2018. I owned a Pre-owned Acura Legend several years ago and couldn't wait to get back in an Acura. They came to pick up the car I purchased less than 24 hours of leaving the dealership. A headlight was out that wasn’t caught at delivery, apparently there is an issue locating one. Communication could be better, I’m calling them when I feel they should be calling to update me.

DON’T BUY ACURA: New Acura tranny is no good. If you test drive it, see how it shifts. It does not shift as smooth as luxury cars should. I have a new one and have multiple problems with the tranny but Acura Manufactory would not fix them because they don’t even know what wrong.

I had been to several dealership and from the receptionist, internet sales manager (Kristin)and sales person (Rich), I was treated so well. I was very disappointed in the experience I had at this dealership on yesterday. I was interested in a car I first saw online for my daughter's sweet 16. I was prepared to pay cash and because I already had purchased two vehicles from here possibly finance one for myself. I was basically brushed off told they couldn't find the key. Insulted my intelligence by explaining good credit is needed to finance. I am aware of this and might I add I was financed twice by Infiniti financial. If this vehicle was being held for another potential buyer why not disclose this in the beginning and show me other options. In My opinion they looked at me figured because of my gender and race I was not good enough to purchase your vehicle. This is not reflective of the infiniti brand because I love my QX56 . However, this is evidence of poor customer service.
Felisha Floydin the last weekWent to dealership early Tuesday morning traveling from Florida to search for Infiniti QX56/QX80. Horrible experience! Arrived there at 10:45. Test drove one car about 15 minutes after arrival. Ask to test drive another car (keep in mind when I called to make the appointment, the cars we were interested in viewing were suppose to be ready for our appointment for test drive--so we were told). It took TWO HOURS for them to locate the other car! TWO HOURS. We drove to another dealership where they thought it would be...surprise it was not there. Went back to original dealership and sat another 40 minutes waiting. Only to find it was being "worked on" and completely broken down. Could not even be driven. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND DISAPPOINTMENT! To this end, it was COMPLETELY disrespectful of our time and energy. We were completely ready to walk out of with a car, by any means. Finally, after another 35 minutes of the seller "getting the numbers" we had to just get up and walk out. It was not 1:30pm and we WASTED OUR ENTIRE DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We went to other appointments barely that day. Maybe that was their intention. I would NOT purchase a car from them even if it was $1.00 for the matter of principal! Next time respect your customers time, investment, and energy!!!!!! Ron was our "sales" person. Nice person in general I am sure, but horrible judgment and sales person.Oh, on the first truck we looked at and sat down to discuss pricing. Dealer was also not willing to negotiate on a price. AT ALL. Would not even meet us in between. Basically said no, this is all we can offer because the "internet" price is the best price. WTH. I have never purchased a car from a "dealership" and the advertised price was their "best they could do". I would NEVER go back to this dealership if my life depended on it!

I frequently visit Infiniti of Mobile to get my regular vehicle services. The staff is always extra polite and friendly. The personally escort you to the waiting area if you choose to wait and the will also offer you a loaner vehicle or shuttle service. The service is always performed properly and you also receive a complimentary wash. I love this dealership and will continue to purchase from Infiniti of Mobile.

Range Rover wasn't even on my radar of vehicles to purchase. I was focusing mainly on BMW and Lexus. When we got to the dealership, Devin Fredriksen worked diligently to find the perfect car for us. Even after the purchase, he continues to go above and beyond to make sure we are completely happy with our car. I was also very pleased with the amount of time Tito McKinney took to show me all the features of my car. These guys were not only knowledgeable (answering every question we had), but they were a pleasure to do business with. We drive 3 hours to a 1:00 scheduled oil change because it is the closest Land Rover dealer. We waited until 4:00 and were presented with a dirty car that wasn’t washed and vacuumed as it states on the receipt. When we asked he said he figured we didn’t want it because we waited so long..... really after 3+ hours what’s an extra 15 mins.... oh wait they close at 4 on Saturday’s. The service is below par at this dealership. If you’re gonna buy one go to Birmingham or just buy another brand.... the Volvo guys next door are much nicer! #readytotrade Customer service makes or brakes a brand and for us this dealership is terrible.
On my initial visit the dealership did not have the exact color I was looking for. Davin Fredriksen went to work and quickly located the vehicle I was looking for at another dealership and had it delivered within a week. The purchasing process was smooth all the way form the first visit to delivery. Wish all my vehicle purchases could be this easy.

As a Mercedes owner I was hesitant to test drive any other brand of vehicle. After we test drove the F pace we were instantly enamored by its sleek design and luxurious feel. An interior that I'm sad to say makes my 2017 amg Mercedes seem quite dated. After discussing our options and ranges of vehicles with Devin F. (Highly recommend if you want a straight shooter with no fluff or BS) we new this was the right vehicle to add to our garage. Tried to use the online chat system for a very basic question regarding dealership policies. Unable to get past gate keeper host who simply wanted to get a cell number or email address from me. "Tara D" made no attempt to actually find the answer, even when I asked if a manager was available. Again, only interested in gathering my data. Waste of time; process and system needs to be revamped for effectiveness and efficiency.
I really enjoyed my experience with this dealership all personnel were respectful of my time and concerned about my experience.
