Amazing car buying experience! Never felt pushed or rushed to make a decision, which made me want to purchase a car from them even more because I felt as I was choosing the right car for me instead of feeling pressured into it. They were extremely patient with me and were always available for my questions! They truly make you feel so comfortable and at home with the whole car buying experience. Our recent Joe Bullard Infiniti experience Saturday 3/17/18. If you live any distance away, be careful prior to driving based on their promises, online pictures or description of a used vehicle. Our recent experience to purchase a 2016 used vehicle is as follows. They wanted to "earn my business" so through many correspondence, mostly by text, we agreed on a price. They acknowledged there were a few blemishes and agreed they would fix them if I agreed to purchase the vehicle. I told them I had one other vehicle at another dealership I was interested in and was heading there first. At that time I speculate they knew I was serious and they stepped up their attempt to sell me their vehicle. Throughout the morning they proposed a price drop and to have the vehicle's blemishes fixed, if by doing so they ask would I purchase the vehicle. They stated they could have it ready to sell that day. I told them as soon as I looked at the first vehicle I would let them know. The first vehicle was an older model and we passed on it. I then contacted Joe Bullard Infiniti Acura and said I would purchase the vehicle based on their promise of price and condition. We then detoured three plus hours to drive to the dealership with money in hand. All the while they are texting me in anticipation of our arrival getting all personal information so they would have the paperwork ready. I did decline to give my SS# prior to my arrival. We arrive at the dealership just prior to close to quickly see the vehicle, test drive, inspect, complete the transaction, and bring our new vehicle home - a three plus hour drive home. To our surprise the vehicle blemishes had not been repaired and was found to also have a damaged windshield. Obviously we were very disappointed and confused to why they prompted us to come purchase the vehicle and promised it to be ready, all the while knowing it could not be sold with a damaged windshield, and the agreed upon blemishes were not fixed. With a complete lack of regard for our time they prompted us to come purchase a vehicle that by their admission could not be sold being the windshield damage was a liability, and in that condition the vehicle could not leave the lot. Being late in the day, tired and hungry from non stop travel we did not desire an argument, so we simply suggested for them to call when the vehicle is actually ready to be sold and we would consider returning and purchasing the vehicle. They declined my offer and counter offered I purchase the vehicle and they would give me their version of an "I owe you" on the needed repairs. That was so vague and living over three hours away there was no chance I was willing to purchase the vehicle, leave the vehicle and return home with an "I owe you" in pocket. After declining that offer the manager David gives his second counter offer. This is when it gets really audacious. The manager ask me to put down a deposit of $1,000 towards the repairs to their vehicle. He framed that offer using the metaphor of all parties putting in “skin”. I questioned how that was applicable, and he then proceeded to give a brief lecture on how “skin” works per his interpretation of that metaphor. At this point I’m thinking is this really happening he can’t be serious, surely he will repair the car to the condition as promised and simply encourage our return to close the purchase - nope! He was very serious. Literally our skin drove a total of six plus hours with money in hand that day to purchase a vehicle that by their admission could not even be sold. Declining the manager’s offer he then quickly dismissed us because we were not willing to pay in good faith "skin" $1,000 towards the repair of a vehicle I have no ownership of, and no say in who or how the repair was to be done. The disregard for our time and effort to purchase this vehicle is beyond unacceptable.

Joe Bullard Acura has helped us a second time. Kevin Dean and his team - John McBryde - went out of their way to help us replace our daughter's RDX. She was in an accident where a truck ran a red light which resulted in the totaling of her vehicle. The Emergency Response Teams were amazed at the durability, strength, and crashworthiness of the car. They said they have never seen a car hold up that well. When we decided to replace her vehicle, we went back to Kevin Dean at Joe Bullard Acura and got the same vehicle. Our daughter's safety is the number one factor when buying a car, and we couldn't have been treated any better.

My daughter’s RR Sport engine stopped on Interstate 10 twenty miles west of Mobile. I called Land Rover Gulf Coast and spoke with Matthew Crandall and he was super helpful offering to go and get her. AAA towed her in and the service department got her car refueled and back on her way in minutes. Big thanks to Matthew and David Menaker.They went above and beyond to help! Highly recommend them.

My husband and I drove several vehicles before making the trip to Mobile. I wasn’t sure if I wanted a Range Rover, but I knew I didn’t like any of the other SUV’s we had driven, so I had nothing to lose. Devin Frederiksen met us at the door and made our experience beyond enjoyable. He’s knowledgeable, nice, and didn’t pressure us to buy anything. But we did:-) I’m thrilled with my new RR Sport and would recommend Devin and the dealership to anyone.

As a Mercedes owner I was hesitant to test drive any other brand of vehicle. After we test drove the F pace we were instantly enamored by its sleek design and luxurious feel. An interior that I'm sad to say makes my 2017 amg Mercedes seem quite dated. After discussing our options and ranges of vehicles with Devin F. (Highly recommend if you want a straight shooter with no fluff or BS) we new this was the right vehicle to add to our garage. I can't praise this dealership especially Devin F. enough for their patience and thoroughness. Top quality, top end, top service. More than I expected from a luxury brand vehicle. Ask for Devin F. Tried to use the online chat system for a very basic question regarding dealership policies. Unable to get past gate keeper host who simply wanted to get a cell number or email address from me. "Tara D" made no attempt to actually find the answer, even when I asked if a manager was available. Again, only interested in gathering my data. Waste of time; process and system needs to be revamped for effectiveness and efficiency.
