I cannot say enough good things about Joe Bullard. When I go in, they treat me with amazing customer service. I had an issue with my transmission on my SRX, they took my car in the same day and gave me a brand new loaner car. I didn't know customer service like this existed.

After dealing with the service department, I will not bring my vehicle back to Infiniti of Mobile. After the service manager contacted ME to schedule an appointment to fix an ongoing problem with airbag, I arrived and was first customer of the day... the service advisor had no idea what was going on and said he didn't put the notes in the computer of what was suppose to be going on... (issue finally fixed though after the 4th attempt). I finally sign loaner form and leave the dealer to head back to Mississippi, as soon as I get back on I-65 the gas light comes on... 24 miles till empty. Once I deal with that and get onto I-10, I am pulled over by police, ( car tag is expired ) they let me go and understood it's not my fault. Once I make it to work and look at the car good, I see how disgusting it is. The front has coffee spilled all around the cup holders and down the side panel, the back is covered in crumbs and spilled drinks, the carpet is full of trash with fries and other smushed crackers. The third row comes with a breakfast biscuit, the windows and so smeared and sticky from animals and children, the backs of the seats are covered in shoe prints and dirt. And the outside is also filthy as always. THIRD loaner to be dirty but not to this extreme... my paperwork stated fuel level was 3/4 full and it also read about 600 less miles than what it actually had. So that proves the car has not even been looked at since returned.. The Joe Bullard group advertises first class and great service but doesn't provide it at all. Awful experience

Amongst car dealerships that I have dealt with across the southeast, Joe Bullard Acura is top notch and this is my first experience as it is 90 miles from where we live. You get the feeling that they do not want to just sell you a car, but almost as importantly want to earn your business and build a long term relationship with you in a car business family since 1955 (Acura since 1997). They have remembered the formula of how to get and keep customers. We purchased a 2017 MDX and our salesman, John McBryde, knew absolutely everything about that vehicle, explained it all prior to a test drive, set up features before we drove away and explained everything again. We define John's approach as "no pressure, serve the customer well and you serve the company well." We felt our deal was very fair. Though Joe Bullard is 90 miles from where we live, but expect that we will go there for servicing and definitely back when and if in market for other vehicles. Oh, btw, our salesman is also the service manager. Smart way to continue to build a customer relationship that doesn't end at sales.

Great shopping and car buying experience! We shopped Mobile and the Eastern Shore for a vehicle, J.B. Acura was by far the best customer service we received. I highly recommend our sales person John Mcintyre, he went above and beyond before and after the sale. We will be a customer again.

The staff were very knowledgeable, patient and professional. I did not feel pressured or annoyed. After purchasing my Acura MDX, my salesman, Jamie, thoroughly explained all of the nuances and tech of my vehicle. He was kind and welcomed me to practice using some of the amazing computerized features of my MDX while he waited and was there to help if needed. Drew discussed all of the financial, maintenance and warranty information and was open to any and all questions. Joe Bullard Acura is fabulous!

I find it extremely hard to believe that only one other person has rated this place. We looked at all kinds of vehicles and ultimately came back to this dealer. Brendan was the young salesman that assisted us and let me tell ya, there was NO HASSLE! I talked to him about 6 months before returning and after he followed up and I told him I would be back for Christmas he let me come back. No nagging emails or continued calls. Then when we got there and saw the new 17' MDX we were blown away. We have a 7 and 11 year old that love playing on their iPod's. This thing has USB ports everywhere!! Lexus GX 460 had NONE! Audi Q7 NONE! Then we met with the sales manager Kevin (nice beard/I still plan on going to Mayo's). I looked at true car and did research and they worked with me. Not a true car dealer but they worked with me and didn't waste my time or theirs. This guy was great. Then there's the finance manager, Drew. Another young man who did his best to get us in and out. Answered my questions fully and if unsure about anything would pick up the phone and ask to confirm. Bottom line when you go here and deal with these three guys, you will not be dissapointed. If you are rude and not willing to work with people it's not the dealership, it's you! And if you cannot get with these guys and have an awesome experience I wouldn't believe you. Many many thanks gentlemen. Also the supporting cast of sales people who are there make you feel right at home. I was a Lexus guy from the beginning and now... Looks like Acura has stolen my business with everything young parents could want on a car. The people here made the car the only choice!! Thanks again fellas. Y'all truly made it worth it.

I purchase a Acura brand new from how Bullard Acura made a deal in the contract that my damaged bumper would be fixed I was supposed to be repainted it was fixed my waxing it it didn't help brought to back they then wet sanded it was still the same brought it back again told them the fix it right this time looked like touch up paint or clear paint it didn't fix it just make it shine more I just let it go had all my service done there and was a little overprice at times not every time some times they will give you 10% off on lady's or day or to service members maybe 20% if your spending close to 1000 dollars my last service was the last time they told me I need unnessacery service and they could let me leave with the car in this condition which I know about the repair they were doing because I've done it before but didn't feel comfortable arguing while they had my car hostage king of like not irritating the person cooking your dinner at he restaurant I let them do the job because the price was only 100-200 dollars over a small garage charge which I figure is fair for there overhead but they left cigarettes under my hood wasted fluid over the battery and every thing else didn't top off fluid left grease stains in the car and didn't perform another service I requested that obviously was not going to make them money and was a waste of there time so they didn't bother they kept my car 4 days on a halfway job and left under hood parts loose and not properly fastened and broke plastic clips and some were missing I've left them before and stupidly came back because ther the only dealer in the area but the Honda dealer next door I didn't even think of at first can do the same work and or only get the parts just as fast this last time they had to order simple parts they just don't take care in small thing go to Honda or the small foreign car garage on old shell road if you want to keep you car for the long haul you'll be better off and money ahead

We were assigned a wonderful sales rep by the name of Ms. Chan. She was extremely polite and very understanding to our needs and wants as her customers. Unfortunately, between the Napleton Infiniti in Tallahassee and this Mobile Infiniti dealership there is a trend on the up keep of their used cars. The car we looked at was a 2013 M37, 37773 miles, roughly 4 years old. The condition and cleanliness of this vehicle was completely unacceptable for a big name like Infiniti. The car we were trading in was a 2003 Infiniti G35 and my 13 year old car had less cosmetic damage than the 2013 we were looking at. When brought up to Ms. Chan, she was very understanding and brought it up with her sales manager's who's name is David Lammons. When the issues were brought up to Mr. David, he condescendingly questioned our concerns of the damage and proceeded to tell my husband that he can take off the certified pre-owned in place of getting the damage fixed...which made absolutely no sense... Mr.David's attitude towards our concerns completely turned us off from the whole sale and we left unhappy. However, we were blessed enough to find the same exact 2013 M37 with 14,000 miles, same price, brand spanking like new clean, no damage in Atlanta at a BMW dealership who's whole team was professional and polite. So Mr. David's attitude was a blessing for us because we were able to keep looking and found the same car but newer and in way better condition at not only another dealership but a BMW dealership. So thank you Mr. David 🙂 We feel bad for Ms Chan because she missed out on her sale that day because of her manager's lack of concern for customer satisfaction. But at the end of the day we got a better car else where.

Used car purchase - Sim was great to work with and very upfront and honest. I had just walked away from Lexus of Mobile because the salesman was not truthful about a recall Lexus had on their RX350. I had explained my poor visit to Sim and he was totally upfront with everything about the car and if he didn't know he said so and took the time to try and find an answer. He met my needs with pricing the first time so I didn't have to haggle on the price! That was a totally different experience to me! I am very pleased with my purchase and so is my daughter since the car was for her. Thank you Sim and Joe Bullard Infinity for making this a great buying experience. I will be returning soon to replace my wife's van and look forward to doing business with Sim again.

Had the worst experience at Joe Bullard Infiniti. When I purchased my vehicle from them I was enrolled in the service plan for my vehicle. I made an appointment to have my vehicle serviced, & went to said appointment. WAITED 3 HOURS to have my oil changed and my tires rotated and balanced. With a 1 year old at that. In the Lounge area there were supposed to be complimentary beverages, snacks, coffee, tv, wifi and few other amenities. There were a few diet sodas.The lounge was full. People waiting 3+ hours. At 2:10 the service lady told me car was almost done, it was being washed. 2:30 I told them to bring me my car, even if it wasn't finished. That we couldn't wait any longer. She said ok, the outside has been washed, we just haven't done the inside. 20 minutes later they brought my car to me. The 'outside wash job' that she said it had was them cleaning just the driver side window, the rear window, & front bumper. I'll pay a local business more money to do the job proficiently & timely. No need to waste gas driving to Mobile for this type of poor service. Update- the dealership called my husband today to ask how our experience was. He told them that he was not with me yesterday, that my experience was not pleasant, & he gave her my number. Do you think she called me? No. Update-Dean called me on the Monday following my vehicle being serviced. He had requested I allow them to detail & wash my vehicle. He offered to retrieve my vehicle from my job & leave me a loaner, I decided to just bring my vehicle to him. We set a day that would work. Prior to reaching that day, my ac went out on my vehicle. I took it back to the dealership. I was given a loaner vehicle, that was so low on fuel that the fuel light was on. This was a Friday. Monday they called to update on my vehicle. Which at that time they couldn't find anything wrong with my vehicle, & the service rep stated if they didn't find anything wrong after a few more inspections that day, that it would be washed & detailed. On Tuesday, I made multiple attempts to reach the service rep. Only to be told the rep was busy. I left a message, & have not received a call back as of this (Tuesday) evening. Will continue to update as things progress. Update- at 5pm service rep called, stated nothing came up as far as problems with the AC. That my vehicle is still being cleaned.At another facility because they do a better job than the dealership? That she had to send it to two separate facilities because it wasn't satisfactory the first time it was detailed. I'm feeling a bit over all of this. I know that they are attempting to make up for the poor service from my initial visit, but I just want my vehicle back. I have a loaner car so I have a vehicle, but my issue is I want my vehicle. Hoping that tomorrow mine will be done.I think that I will continue to use local-to-me business for a bit more money for things to be done timely. I won't have to drive 60-70 miles to Mobile & then back home. I appreciate Mr. Deans attempt at making things right.When you are promised something, and someone gives your their word, then it should stand. I hope that future business with other clients is much more satisfactory, for the clients sake.Update - received call that my vehicle will be delivered to my home on Thursday (tomorrow). 6 days at the dealership.Update- Thursday they delivered my vehicle. It was clean. Ac was working when he brought it. I got in it tonight to go somewhere.ac not working. Talk about being sad. I left a voicemail so here is to hoping they call me first thing. Update- Friday no one had called, so at 8am (they open at 7:30) I called. Nice lady said she would get some info and call me right back. no surprise, didn't get a call back, so at 12:30 pm I drove the 70 miles to Mobile. Magically, the manager appears. I was given another loaner vehicle (had roughly half a tank of gas, but in need of serious cleaning). My vehicle will be taken to Foley's dealership to be assessed.

Best Car Purchasing Experience I've Ever Had - The team at Land Rover Gulf Coast is excellent. I was down to two vehicles, one from another dealership, and the experience I had with David Baker and the rest of the team became a major factor in my decision to do business with them. You can tell they're team has great chemistry and enjoy working together. It is infectious to the clients walking in the door. They even invited me to their company Thanksgiving lunch the day I purchased. Best experience I've had at a dealership.

Outstanding service - My husband and I recently purchased a Jaguar from Jaguar of the Gulf Coast and couldn't have been more pleased with our car buying experience.
