My husband and I just purchase an Acura MDX 2020 at Joe Bullard in Mobile. they kept $ 1,200 of my rebate and didn't pass these rebate on to me. I don't recommend anyone dealing with Joe Bullard Acura.
Customer service was great. They called & said everything was ready then after driving an hour & a half to get there, after I was assured everything before I left home, they did not put me in a vehicle.

Nice Acura showroom and Laney was very friendly and a pleasure to check out from service center with. Service guy was annoying, making a sarcastic remark about the car breaking down from not getting a new engine air filter and dust/pollen filter?! Overall, I have a huge resentment towards this dealership. A close relative bought a newer car from them. Levi was our sales consultant and he was outstanding. Customer service was exceptional and he provided in-depth knowledge of the vehicle we bought. He definitely was not pushy and seemed genuinely concerned that we were buying what we wanted! When we decided to purchase our new vehicle, he closed the deal within an hour. Very nice and well kept dealership. When we arrived, a man greeted us and we explained how we were going to purchase within 1-3 months from "today". We were simply there to look at Range Rover models and other Rover things. We went on a test drive in the 20' Range Rover HSE and the sales man was copping an attitude and paid no attention to anything we were saying. I guess he was pissed off we were not buying that exact day. Decided to go to Land Rover close to New Orleans and had an AMAZING experience.

This Jaguar dealership has very poor sales service. I tried to contact a sales person and no one got back to me. I requested online information and I did get an instantly generic spam email (see attached). I was hoping a sales person will call but it never happened. After a couple of days, I called and I was able to to talk to a sales rep who indicated that the car was sold even though the car is still listed available in their website. I am very disappointed that Jaguar has this type of sales service.
